Among the most common heat treatments are carburizing, carbonitriding, hardening, annealing and normalizing. The needs may vary, with thermal requirements in the heating zone and, above all, control of the expansion and decrease in mechanical performance in temperature. The configuration of the bell ovens allows you to conveniently load the material to be treated on an insulated base, accessible quickly and easily.

The two protective covers used to seal the area containing the material and the protective gas, isolating this space from the heated one, can be maneuvered onto the base to be heated via overhead crane, mobile crane or other solutions.

The fixed bases, the closing casings and the bells for heating and cooling accelerate treatment times thanks to their possibility of subsequent use on the same charge. Additionally, bell ovens represent an economical solution for heat treatment, especially when combined with multiple bases.
